The lineman from Pacific Power & Light was supposed to come to our site at 9:30 AM to shut off the power so Logan could dig the rest of his trench and Mike from Custom Electric could lay the conduit with a pull rope in it. The lineman didn't show and after a while both Logan & Mike went back to other jobs. Since the lineman had set the time himself, I had Lynna call his boss in Albany to get him out here ASAP. He eventually showed up around 11 AM, long after my excavator & electrician had left. I told him to turn off the power anyway & fired up the generator for the framing crew. They were able to work through and got a lot more framing & sheeting done. I also met with 2 sheetrock subs and 2 painters, took them through the house & answered their questions. Our roofer, James, is ready to start as soon as we get everything sheeted.
